Like I said, just watch it become a firestorm of controversy on all ends.
honestly, depending on the context, that guy is an idiot for the "october surprise" comment and if it's a nefarious quote, I wouldn't feel comfortable with him heading the investigation either.

To be absolutely correct, Donald.... You've shown one, not some, state representative who's upset.

True. I have seen it in some other articles but I'm not tracking it down. I'm sure enough that I've seen it stated in a few ways from a couple of reps, and I don't feel the need to track each one down. You are correct though.

So it's official, Palin will not speak with investigators. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/26727937/

Palin though did release emails that show that Monegan was fired for opposing Palin's budget priorities. http://ap.google.com/article/ALeqM5j...2YOxwD937F37G0

Those emails are called "creating a paper trail." It doesn't mean that is the reason. I would like to see her other emails from those private accounts she had everyone set up.

Why isn't she going to talk to investigators?

Because it's a witch-hunt at this point.

How many times have we heard it around here from conservatives? If you are innocent what do you have to hide?

a witchunt by a Republican heavy (outnumbering Dems 8-4) bi-partisan committee that started this investigation before she was ever in the national public eye... uh, what? The above just makes me sad that people buy into... eh, whatever, just like se7en, you're just not one to be taken seriously.

Two attorneys were on Fox News tonight who had read the emails and both said it was obvious Monegan had refused direct orders from Gov. Palin and was going behind her back to keep from having to comply with them. Both said those emails are the key.

no way, FOX brought in two attorneys to say the Republican candidate did nothing wrong. Say it ain't so 40!

They also said they couldn't figure out why she would stonewall them and that they believed she should just agree to go along with the investigation as her testimony could put it to bed in no time. I saw O'Reilly too.
