I didn't know what time it was on. I will have to try and find it again to record.

I can see these candidates are generating quite a bit of excitement.

When one of the questions for the debate is "will you pardon Scooter Libby" and a few say yes, then I think the GOP is in trouble.

Not to mention the Terry Shiavo question.

I actually thought Mitt Romney was the most impressive. He is a natural public speaker unlike John McCain.

That format is bad. Bunch of guys talking over each other. I watched ten minutes and couldn't take it anymore.

I also thought Mitt Romney was the most impressive as well. McCain came out strong, yet he tripped over himself all night. Guiliani is losing ground. I felt myself nodding my head to almost everything that Ron Paul said. He is the anti-republican of the group.

In my ten minutes of watching I found myself distracted by the possibility that Romney had a terrible dye job on his hair, McCain waved erratically back and forth between being stern and joking around, and Chris Matthews is not that great of a moderator.

Now who says the Republican party isn't the party of diversity? One of the old white men in dark suits is wearing a yellow tie!

Speaking of old white guys in suits, what happened to Fred Thompson? Where was he?

Chillin with his young trophy wife, no doubt.

I laughed at the dye job too. McCain didn't do that well IMO. I liked Matthews as the moderator though.

Perhaps it wasn't his fault. That format with so many guys and poor camera work, didn't help.

Ron Paul and Huckabee were both impressed me from I watched of the debate.

The guy who asked about what the US does great and wrong made me laugh. The US does precision weapons of al-Zarqawi great. Not an answer I'd expect from a Presidential talking about what the US is great at.

When they were asked about amending the Constitution to allow foreigners to run for President, I half expected all of the guys who said "no" to end with cause they stink or some garbage.

Though MSNBC seemed better prepared for this debate than the Dems' debate.
