McCain should have gotten the Governator to run as his VP. Could use those California votes.

VT, DC and HI go Obama, period. DE and MD will probably go that way, too. By my count, Obama has at least 273 EVs not knowing how ID, WY and SD go....

Yarg. There would be a running court battle until the electoral college voted whether or not he could serve since the 25th Amendment would immediately promote him to POTUS in case of incapacitation or death.

Even if the court ruled that Arnold could serve as VP, every time McCain went under, became incapacitated, or if he died, the person put in change wouldn't be Arnold. It would fall to the Speaker of the House.

Who will probably be:

No way that would be acceptable to the GOP.

The dashboard is out of date. The latest state polls I saw just two days ago has Obama ahead in Nevada by 5 points, also now ahead in Utah, I believe, and drawing even in AZ. I know Nevada because it's the first time they've shown Obama ahead of McCain in our state.

I still have a gut feeling Shaq will be better next season (2008/2009) after our docs have a full off season to work their magic on the Big Saguaro!

Yuma, McCain is ahead by 27 points in Utah and almost 12 points in Arizona. According to RCP, McCain has a 1 point lead in Nevada.
