If McCain wins the Republican nomination, who should he pick as his running mate?
I think he would be smart to try and get Condalisa Rice to run with him.

I dunno about a running mate. But I have seen two different "experts" say that if McCain and Clinton are the two nominees that McCain has an excellent shot at the White House.
They stated that he absolutely could pull the million's of Dem's who despise Hillary into his corner and it could easily put him over the top. I didnt realize how much hatred there is for Hillary within the party.
They said if it's Obama hes in trouble.

Everyone who interacts with her hates Condoliza Rice. If he picks someone so entangled with Dubya, all those Hillary-haters (and I am probably among the ones they count that way) will run back to her open arms, believe me. Cheney-Rummy-Condi are seen by Dems as the unholy troika.

McCain needs a vice president strong on economics, because that's McCain's biggest weakness. If it's Phil Gramm, McCain's current "economic adviser," I'm going to personally campaign to have McCain crucified.

I think Leiberman or Bloomberg would shake this up and would probably put McCain over the edge. You also have to remember that if Hillary were to win the nomination, would she pick Obama? If Obama wins, who would he pick? I think this year the running mate could be a make or break decision for all involved.

Phu-ill Guh-rammm is the primary reason we're in the mess we're currently in. Gramm/Rudman, combined with unprecedented banking deregulation directly related to the mind/pen of this retarded Georgian/Texan politician ... it's like economic policy written by a grade schooler who read the prefix to Wealth of Nations and presumed to undrestand macroeconomic politics as it related to a broken Keynsian system.
Adam Smith crapped turds smarter than Phu-ill Guh-rammm, but the Republicans think this guy knows economics.
