I'm a little stunned to be giving anything other than the concession speech I had prepared...I though Ken would run away with this thing.
But, here I am, standing before you for the last time as Jason. Mods, if you would do the honors? (drum roll, cymbal crash, lightning stike, and...), now I'm Pariah again.
And, in the spirit of the half-assed nature of the elections and the office, I won't hold my semi-esteemed opponent DDogg to his promised name change. Knowing that he would have is victory enough for me.
As my first, and likely last, duty as ASFN fake-president, I will be putting the practice of post-rating up for a vote. If it's determined by the posters of ASFN that it sucks, I won't call for it's end by mod-enforcement, however. Instead, I'll simply ask that the post-raters respect the wishes of their fellow citizens.
