I LOVE how he doesn't want any consideratiion given to the unbalance of race in capital punishment AND he thinks it's ok to commit violent crimes against gay people.
He's perfect for the Aryan Nations, err... Idaho.

don't you know Shane - it's a fact that there is an inbalance in the application of the death penalty - if a white and a black murderer did the same thing, the black is much more likely to get death.
