Obama-supporters
This is for people who have been supporting Obama. If you've donated any money, (or if you would have if you had it to donate) what do you think of the rumor that his campaign may give Hillary Clinton as much as $11 Million to pay off her campaign debts in order to get her to fold 'gracefully' (as if it's not a bit late for that).

Although I don't really like knowing that part of what I have donated will be paying off Hillary's debt, I'm ok with it I guess. If we can get her full support and if that means getting Obama in the WH over McCain, I will donate some more.

I didn't give any money. I wouldn't want Hillary to get any if I did. Personal responsibility. Her campaign debts should be on her.
I might be persuaded otherwise, but sheesh, she should support Obama freely. Not cuz he bailed her campaign out.

Sounds like a pay-off to me; like "insurance" that a thug collects from a local shopkeeper.
Doesn't sit well with me at all.

I'm ok with it, as long as she doesn't get back the money that she loaned her campaign personally. She shouldn't get that back.

Bill did just fine draggin' the Clinton name through the mud, but Hilary has taken it to a new level. Her refusal to face the facts and step out, putting her agenda ahead of the party and the people is all the evidence I need to see that the Clintons are no less power hungry than the Bush's. I wouldn't give her a freakin' dime. If this election goes to McSame, it is 100% on her shoulders and she needs to be banned from the party.

I don't like the idea of Hillary charging Obama for making ads and speeches that go against him. That is how it breaks down essentially to me. Doesn't stop me from supporting him, however.

Or better yet:
Do you think gaining Hillary's support & supporters (17,692,976 and counting) is a wise investment for 11 million?
You might think paying off your opponents debt is absurd but it is something of the norm when it comes to election races.
I think it is a wise "investment" for Obama. I think most "wise" Obama supporters would agree.

She won't support him unless he pays off her debts?

That's quite a leap in logic to suggest that every Hillary supporter will vote for Obama. Most of the Hillary supporters I have spoken to will vote McCain

This either reads as Hillary's supporters are literally "for sale" or Hillary is black-mailing Obama for her support. Neither sound pleasant.

LOL. Do you think Hillary supporters care if Obama pays her or not?
If that's what decides their vote, I don't think those people are so "wise" themselves. Shouldn't they be voting on the candidate and the issues rather than who paid whom?

McCain should offer to pay Hillary 12 million.
