Do you immediately reject something when the words "conspiracy theory" are involved?

I think somehow, someway conspiracies are now allowed due to the public's refusal to believe in any of them.

When people in America hear conspiracy theory their head shuts off and the person talking becomes a quack.

Sorry to always quibble, but I voted 2.5. I'm intrigued - and there is often a kernel of truth - but by the time 'conspiracy theory' gets attached, some wack jobs usually have over-extended whatever facts there may be.

Depends on who's spouting the "conspriacy theory".
