Worst gym injuries

Well, here I am lying in bed for my 5th day since I hurt my back doing deadlifts. At least now I'm on painkillers, anti-inflammatories, and muscle relaxers. I just kept getting worse everyday and I was forced to go to urgent care. So this brings me to my question...

What was the worst gym injury you ever had?

Does a karate class in a gym count? My first day they used me in a demo and ruptured a lumbar disc. It had been mildly problematic from time to time before that, but that did it for good.

Otherwise the time I started a new medication that made me clumsy and I flew right off the treadmill and got pretty banged up...

I fell off a jungle gym once when I was 10...if I had been a boy I never would have had children....(and yes, it really hurts a girl)

But no 'gym' injuries

Well, there is a picture on the net of a powerlifter who's insides were forced out of his rectum because of the extraordinary strain he put on his body. That is probably the worst gym injury EVER....

When I read the title to this thread I thought about that exact injury.
