Workout designed for women


Hey ladies. Saw this article & thought it looked like a decent workout when pressed for time. Jillian from the Biggest Loser designed it, so I imagine it might just work!

I hate it when women are at the gym.... They always set the machines so low and sometimes I'll get down there and nearly kill myself because it's set at like 30 lbs.

Then there's the whole camel toe thing, get some looser shorts

Actually, it's dumb to wear makeup when you work out. Doesn't do anything good for the skin.

What? I think you just lost some man points there. What guy sits down at a machine and just starts lifting away without setting the weight?

The camel toe comment was funny, it reminds me of The Weather Man.
