Nice job, MM and others.

And if you need further motivation, the 84 year old mother of a client of mine was a smoker for forty years, gave it up twenty years ago, and died just this morning from small-cell lung cancer which became symptomatic only three weeks ago--tumor was the size of a tennis ball, had invaded the lymph nodes, and she went from spry to dead in less than a month.

So keep it up.

It's OK swd, the poor old lady after she quit smoking had to put up with 20 years of second hand smoke from Kolo's client.

I have'nt had a smoke for 10 months & 23 days and about 19 hours. After 55 years of smoking approx. 501,000 butts --2500 cartons ---25,050 packs. Still have a craving 50 times a day but they are not too bad.

Wow greencard that is absolutely spectacular. I wish I could get you to talk to my parents. They have smoked almost 40 years and just say they are too old to quit.

congrats sir, you are an inspiration.

Thanks guys. Sorry I keep posting my stats. Just want to stay in check, ya know? I had a dream the other night that I smoked. It was so real that I woke up & was sniffing my clothes & hands to figure out if it was true. Glad it wasn't.
