I survived as well. Almost lost it on Sunday afternoon after a tiff with Mr. Man. Was counting change to go get smokes. I got online to the website SWD referred me to & went into a "quit" chat room. They were awesome!
Hence, I am:

Really glad I could help. I dont go on much, my urges are just about gone, but I only smoked a half a pack a day. Get about 2 good urges a day. I just usually eat something instead lol

7 days! woo hoo!!!!!!!!!! Feeling great. Even went to the gas station that I used to buy cigs at today. No problem. I walked past these 2 employees standing outside smoking & I thought it was kinda gross. COOL!
