Hey guys just thought I would let you know i'm now 62 days smoke free and I feel so much better and have a lot more energy then when I was smoking, Sure their are somethings I miss about smoking like after eating a meal or watching a good movie or going to a bar which is the hardest for me now but its better then having to worry about dying of lung cancer at a young age isnt it Oh yeah I also just got off the chantix about 2 days ago which is what I was taking to help me quit so now the big hurdle is to see how I do off the chantix but I really feel I dont need it anymore. Well just wanted to let you guys know how I was doing and I will keep you informed in a month or so. GL TO ALL THE OTHER QUITTERS ON THIS BOARD ALSO

I was saying that I'm not commenting on whether or not the behavior was right or wrong. Most people that spit their gum out wherever see nothing wrong with it. I didn't want to get into a debate about if there's anything wrong with it--just answering your question.
