Day 5. I have had almost no cravings at all. Granted Im lucky to be surrounded by non smokers all day. Saturday will be my first tough test. holiday BBQ. I wont drink anything because I know that will start it all again.

Next month will be two years without a smoke.I have at least 25 cravings a day but as I used to preach to people that quit for a few days then started again that if I could quit for a few hours I would never smoke again.
