1 week down. The cravings are less and less but still powerful..even more powerful. I just have my mind set on reaching 1 month then I know it gets real easy.

Hang in there. It DOES get easier. I went to a bar last night & all that smoke just grossed me out. Had to febreeze my car when i got home & clothes went immediately into the wash after I took a shower. Yuck.
