Well I have whipped cigs.but it is so hard to loose any weight.I am at 210 but still have alittle belly.I was whinning about how hard it is to lose weight when my wife said she was sorry it was her fault. When I quit my grandaughter was staying with us and my wife was teaching her to make fudge and chocolate chip cookies. What was I to do?I had to have something to ease my cravings.

Great, great job MM. Fantastic!!!

Swd...comeon, you can dooo it!

My dad smoked for 40 plus years, then he got diagnosed with diabetes and the doc said basically, quit or die. My dad threw his pack in the street that day and didn't smoke again. He chewed on a cigar from time to time to help the cravings, but other than that he cold turkeyed it.

I have the patch on stand by if I need it.

My baby is due anyday and must quit so she doesnt have to be held by stinky daddy.

Awesome SWD! You can do this. Piece of cake. Just think of how many years you'll add on to your life...time to make beautiful memories with your child. He/she will be so thankful that you quit when you're still aropund to see all their accomplishments. Just keep that in mind. And get on quitnet. It really helped me. See?

I sincerely hope you are successful. Stinky daddy is the least of your baby's worries if you don't quit. My husband has very bad lungs--due to his parents' smoking. When my 13-yr-old was a baby my mom-in-law would always smoke around her, and she had chronic bronchitis....For the baby's sake--I hope you can!!!
