Some of you knew I was in AZ last week for my 20 year HS reunion. Well during that week I didn't nothing as far as working out.
Now I know it is good to take a break but yesterday I did my upper body routine and in my chest work out this is what I did
Strength Hammer sitting bench press
12 reps at 180
10 reps at 230
8 reps at 270
6 reps at 300
12 reps at 270 immediately to chest crossover (or whatever the hell they are called).
All that and I still haven't got to the point

. I have never ever, ever, ever, ever done 300 before!!! Whoohoo for me!!!
