Hairy backs are pretty nasty.

On a similiar note I dated this italian girl who was smoking hot until she took off her top and she had hair on her chest. No lie.

Great rack but I just kept seeing the hair. Unfortunately I was too cowardly to tell her to shave her chest so I just avoided her after that.

The moral of this story if you ever think "Damn this girl is way out of my league, what's she doing with me?"

There is most certainly a reason.

Monday August 15th Weigh-In: Lost .2 pounds for a total of 3.4 pounds lost

lol

Oh well, a loss is a loss! I heard that if you lose weight at a normal rate (no more than 2 pounds a week) then you have a better chance of KEEPING it off.

And this week was kinda tough with a lot of celebratory goodbye dinners and stuff. (im trying to justify my low loss this week )

My goal this week is to work out at least 3 times... even though I leave Wednesday and then have all day training for work on Friday and Saturday. This will be a big test!
