In Shape Minimums?
What would you say is the minimum one must be able to do to call themself "in shape?"
I would say for a male you have to be able to bench your body weight, run 2 miles in under 15 minutes, be able to do at least 40 sit-ups in a minute, not be able to pinch an inch . . .
I dunno, what do you all think are the standards one must meet to be able to say, "I'm in shape"?
