I haven't worked out in 2 WEEKS! I have been SO HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Between getting ready for back-to-school, getting ready for hubby's bday party this past weekend and getting ready for/having company in town, I have just been so distracted.

The good news is that I haven't gained any weight! I haven't lost any either, but at least I didn't gain any! And that was with 2 nights of drinking with friends and eating out MUCH more often than I should have!

Now that school has started for at least one of the kiddos (the other one in a few weeks) I'll be able to get some normal routines reestablished, FINALLY!

That is bad. Really that is! I aint been to no gym in a while neither, so don't get me wrong here, but I aint dressed up myself for the gym neither only to sit and talk with you.

Put on some damm music on that PC that will light a fire under yer arse, to get you up outta that chair! Or just think about those hot HOT females in the gym yer missing out on.
