I am going to a personal trainer and well I have gained a lot of strength and all. However, I am not losing that much weight and lets say that I am pretty heavy. What do you guys do to help lose weight with eating??

You're probably losing fat and gaining muscle. You might want to buy a scale that measures bodyfat% in addition to total weight.
A simple approach is to just eat smaller meals and try to avoid simple suger. Sometimes it takes a while for your body to kick into fat burning mode, so just stick with your program and you'll be fine.
Thanks for the replies. Yes, I am doing cardio. I got confirmation that i am losing weight as I have lost 3 inches in the waist area. SO I am happy...

Losing weight is all about cardio and diet. You can jump on a bike for an hour and it will mean nothing if you then chow down a hamburger and large fries.
