So, basically an hour of up and down. Simple, nothing fancy, got the job done and apparently from the ache in my legs today, gave my legs a bit of exercise.
Forgot to post 2 days ago. Walked a little over a mile in 96 degree heat with humidity at 76%. At one oclock in the afternoon...WHAT was I thinking? Came in & did 10 minutes on elliptical.
ok, for today:
100 crunches (varying positions)
"the 100" pilates isometric hold
150 legs lifts on each side (varying positions ie:butt crunchers, doggies, etc.)
50 full situps
Just finished 20 minutes on the treadmill. Speed: 3.0 Incline: 9.0 for the first ten minutes, 10.0 for the next five minutes, back to 9.0 for the last five minutes.

Screwed up my entire workout by trying to Max press 275 and failing!!
(I'd do the Hulk face but whats the point!). What makes me really mad is I went over to the Strength Hammer and pushed up 320 5 or 6 times no problem!! I'd blame it on my left shoulder but then it would look like an excuse.
Anywho... I'm dumping using the Strength Hammer machine and using a regular bench after next week.
Did some shoulders, Biceps, and Triceps similar to my previously posted upper workout.
Skipped Back for some reason.... oh yeah was in a crappy mood!!
