Either way, that was one hell of a workout. Heading out in about 45 minutes....

I really like the Strength Hammer equipment because you can push yourself without a spotter. It does lead to a false sense of strength though.
I am gonna get my max bench next week. last time it was 245-250.

Ok, so I didn't officially "workout" yesterday (or the couple of days before that, oops!), but when my legs were hurting this morning, I realized I did something that I think can count as exercise! We emptied every article of clothing we own (OMG, that was a lot!!!) into a big pile in the living room. We even dumped out boxes that have had clothes stored in them, unopened for years. Anyhow, after filling 8 trash bags of clothes, 1 trash bag with an old comforter, and a box of shoes, all for Big Brothers to pick up on Friday, I re-washed everything left to hang in the closet with a fresh start (I still have more to go, not everything is done yet! AAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!). I spent 2 hours off and on, probably about an hour of actual work, bending down to pick up something, then hanging it up, then bending down to pick something else up, and so on.
So, basically an hour of up and down. Simple, nothing fancy, got the job done and apparently from the ache in my legs today, gave my legs a bit of exercise.

7/23/05 - Yesterday
I love this thread--way to go, Everyone!!!
I just got back from vacation in Flagstaff and we played tennis (doubles) four times last week for between 2 1/2 hours to 3 hours and walked for a mile or so about 5 times--walking down to the lake to feed the duckies!!!
Okay, so last night I played 2 tennis matches (doubles) for about a total of 3 to 3 1/2 hours! We managed to eek out the second match...so, I'll be playing one more tonight!
Keep up the good work!!

Sun July 24
Short lifting workout today. Hit legs quick and hard. Squats & lunges. Not too much to impress, but that's the first I've hit legs in a couple weeks, so I'm hurtin'. Was also feeling good, so tried some Swiss crunches. Shouldn't have. Side's killing me now. I hate this. Can't wait to go to doc tomorrow...
