My legs couldn't take a workout today after the run I did yesterday. Plus I was a little on the queezy side today. Had something yesterday that did settle so well.......
I'll be back tomorrow for another upper body.

Have you ever tried Acidophilus? You can get it a Hi-Health in the fridge. Its live yeast (10 times better than yougart) I take a tablespoon daily its really good for you stomach especially if you ate something that doesnt sit right. It works for diahreaha and constipation as well.

It helps anything, seriously. My grandmother is 80 and she didnt wash some rasberries and she got really sick (stomach) I went to hi-health and bought her some and she was better within hours. She still thanks me for it and it was about a month ago. Try it for yourself you will see.
BTW- I'm trying to figure out what exercise you mean by the "tricep pulldowns @ 175"????
175 is an un-godly amount of weight for what I'm thinking of. I mean INSANE. I've never seen or heard anyone doing that. (I usually do mine a 60lbs)

My bad 'tricep extensions' yeah 175 is kinda nutty (I think the number on the machine is screwy). I am doing about 2/3's to 3/5's of the plates on the machine.
