Did not work out today due to the fact that I AM SO FREAKING SORE from Monday and hoops yesterday.

My lats are killing me...unbelieveable.

Can't wait to work out on Friday though, hopefully I'm all healed up by then.

Mike

Did abs (AGAIN)---NOT by choice, it was on the PT schedule for one of the classes that I'm normally not in charge of but I had to step in this am. After yesterday evenings ab routine, my gut is killing me.

Did a pretty good upper body also---excersises only. Which was nice. At least it wasn't a solid hour of abs.

Well, I only made it 10 minutes on the treadmill. I had it set at 3.3 speed, 8.0 incline. I've had a headache all day that I've been trying to get rid of, it eased off some, so I decided to attempt the treadmill. After 10 minutes, my head was pounding so hard, I had to stop. Oh well, 10 minutes is better than nothing!

Very cool! I know I remember you posting this not long ago, but I just don't feel like looking it up, how long have you been alcohol-free now?

Hey, I'm going to NY on the 8th! Where's the party??? lol. Awesome about your weightloss. Guess I have to bump it up a notch to get past my plateau of 16 lbs.

Oh, since I didn't see this thread until today (21st), I'm posting what I did yesterday.

15 minutes on elliptical. Then went outside in Iowa & sweated my arse off....does that count?

I almost heaved in the shower from smoker dude

ok - then there's this old fart who comes in & sticks his gym bag in the shower stall

then he walks around the gym once or twice, looks at a few machines, hits the hopper, washes up and leaves

at least they are better than the original chain smoker dude. he would show up every morning reeking of smoke and would wear a MLB batting helmet - dude had like a dozen of them - nyy, bos redsox, balt, a's, etc.

he stunk real bad, he'd put his stuff in a locker & then shave like 3 times, first without shaving cream, then with shaving cream, then put shaving cream on again & shave again

I haven't seen him for a few months....
