Here are some simple rules for catfights. Follow them and you'll be fine:
1. Rip off your opponent's shirt as quickly as possible.
2. If there's a kiddy pool full of jello near by, throw her into that...otherwise look for a giant mud puddle or a pool of milk.
3. Wrestle
Rule #4 (and this is very important): before attempting said catfight it is best to find judges to help determine a winner. Judges named HarleyRider, Pariah, and PortlandCardFan have a proven track record of being fair and impartial. 40Yearfan is used as a non-voting arbitrator.

did upper this AM & cardio Mon. Down to 238. Only missed 2 days in the past 3 weeks.
Usually during the weekends I get back to 242 & then by the end of the week, I was down to 238. So I'm ahead this week. Trying for 235 by weeks end.
Got a good tight burn going, arms, chest & shoulders feel amped. Good def coming in. Down a belt notch & the jeans I bought last month that were snug are now completely baggy. Lots of energy.
thanks to my newfangled GM (2000 S-10) and it's electronically controlled fuel pump, I've been carless ffor the past couple days - got a lot more bike riding in than I would have preferred.
Sleeping well, eating less, sore legs - all good.
I think I'm liking the idea of reversing my doughy physique I've acquired the last couple yrs...
