Started German Volume Training yesterday - so today was 10x10 squats and ham curls supersetted with one minute rest in between.
Good night.

Lifted: Chest, Tris, Abs
Ran: 1 mile

Hey, where should I work a shoulder workout in--with my back workout? I was also thinking it might make sense to do it on a day I do legs. It's not in the rhyme, so I got a little confused.

I personally would do shoulders and traps on the leg day, but that's just me.

Full upper should go like this-

Chest, shoulders, back, Tri's, and Bi's.

I am going back to Push/Pull.

Chest, shoulder, Tri's one day
then
Back, Bi's, abs on another

With lower and Cardio mixed in there as well

Well, I found an elastic resistance bar that I forgot I had! I used it today and oh man, my stomach and sides are hurting already! WOO HOO!!!! With this thing, I worked my biceps, shoulders, triceps, abs and waist.

I've been doing the rhyme (Back&bis, chest & Tris) with abs everyday and legs on every 3rd day. I've also been running everyday. Works okay so far. I can see a little more tone in my chest already.

Great job, everyone!!!

I am posting for the last few days--I'm so behind

Sunday - 2 hours of doubles (tennis), and let me just say the air was thick--yuck!!!

Yesterday - 45 mins on the stationary bike (varied resistance from 1 to 4).

Today - 1 1/2 hours of doubles--much nicer tonight than it was Sunday! Although, as I sit here typing this, it is storming away outside. I have the blinds open so that I can watch it; it is quite beautiful! Sorry, off topic...

Okay, back on topic...Linderbee, walking a mile is walking a mile--awesome!
