Tonight will be workout 4 of 4 for the week. Decline benched a new high last night of 155. Weighing in at 170, +5 more to go. Going to protein load and kick the workouts up a notch next week.

You know, I've only been hitting the gym for 10 days or so, but I've missed the last two, and I gotta tell you...I DO miss it.
Yesterday I worked like a dog, so I probably burned a ton of calories, but today the wife just had me doing **** around the house and flipped out whenI told her I was going to the gym (she's "nesting"....which is a nice way to say being a real pain in my ass).

You know, I've only been hitting the gym for 10 days or so, but I've missed the last two, and I gotta tell you...I DO miss it.

We're having a scheduled C on Aug 31. Our last guy was big (my wife is small..."ish") and we wnet through about 20 hours of labor before the docs said "forget it--let's cut it out." So, this time, they suggested we forego the 20 hours of Hell and "cut" right to the chase (pun intended...though we won't be naming the baby Chase).

Brian is a good name for a boy, but if it's a girl, I've always been partial to Brian. I like the name Brian.
Notice how the name just rolls off the tongue:
BBBBBRRRRRIIIIIIIIAAAAAANNNNNNN.
If you add anything to the end (like "In Mesa") for example, it loses it's flavor. But "Brian" is a good name.
Brian for a middle name works too. Ex: Brian Brian Smith.
