Cyclic Ketogenic Diet

Has anybody ever tried this kind of diet??
It sounds very very interesting. For those of you interested in reading the information, you can find it here:

Anyway, I started it yesterday and I'll let you know how it works for me after two weeks.

I seriously have about a swimming pool full of Drunk Punch here. It's not going to waste.

I did it - moderate results. I'm having better results just working out & eating normal (moderate proportions)

I did it for about 6 weeks & lost around 10 lbs. Once I began eating "normal" foods again (carbs), my weight shot up fast.

Right now, my program is 6 days a week at the gym (try to, at least. About 40% of the weeks I will miss a day or two) which consists of:

M-W-F, I do cardio & abs (20 min HITT on treadmill)
- 2 minutes 3 mph (all these at 1.0 incline)
- 4 minutes 6.6 mph
- 2 minutes 3 mph
- 4 minutes 6.6 mph
- 2 minutes 3 mph
- 4 minutes 6.6 mph
- 2 minutes 3 mph

which gives me ~ 280 calories burned & roughly 1.6 miles

then I do crunches, a 40 set for each of the following:
forward
reverse
oblique left
oblique right

Tues
chest, biceps, sometimes shoulders

Thursday
legs/lower body

Sat
back, triceps, lats, sometimes shoulders

I alter the set & reps weekly, add more weight w/ less reps, then every 4 weeks I switch exercises. I eat what I want, but watch what I eat. If I mow down some pizza on Friday & drink heavily, I take it easy the next week.

I started this year 1/1/06 at 255 & right now I weighed in this morning at 220.8 lbs.

Are you also controlling your bf%?

The main problem I have is that everytime I diet I loose the muscle I've been gaining and end up a bit to skiny for my liking. That's why I wanted to try this one diet.

this sounds more or less like the principle used for a workout program called DC training. I've never tried it, but it encourages you to always lift a bit more weight or use the same weight but do more reps.
