Calculating Calorie Burning....

Here's my workout:

0.6-0.75 miles on a treadmill at 6-6.5mph to get heart rate up into the 150s
45 minutes of weightlifting
24 minutes of rapid walking at varying levels of incline at 3.6mph-3.9mph on treadmill to maintain heart rate in the 150s

The first round on the treadmill burns about 120 calories in a 6 minute run. The second round on the treadmill burns about 290 calories in a 24 minute walk. My question is how do I find out or calculate how many calories I am burning in my weightlifting portion?

I would imagine that I am burning at least as much as I do in my treadmill runs combined. I maintain about a 135-145 heartrate throughout the weightlifting portion and I lift moderately heavy so that it is difficult to complete the last rep of my last set for each exercise. I do 3x10's on basically everything except biceps (4x10) and tricep press (4x12). So, how would I definitively figure out how many calories I'm burning while weightlifting?

Not sure how scientific or exact it is.

For what it is worth, you shold do the run after the weightlifting. With all the research I have done it says to do it that way. I believe a part of it is running uses many, many muscles where wieghtlifter only uses certain ones so running first can wear down muscles you are trying to work at a higher level and will brun out faster. Now that I have started doing my wieghts are a higher level on my lifting day here is my layout.

15 minute very light cardio warm up
45 to 60 minutes weightlifting
15 hill climb at the max hill and 4.0 mph
20 to 25 minute run at about 7.5 to 8.0 mph
