I joined Mountainside Fitness on AlmaSchool and Germann maybe? I know its AlmaSchool but dont remember the cross street but near that area. It is really close to where I am residing while my house is being built.

I just tone up and get a little bigger. Maybe like David Boston, just a little bit ripped

From working out on a consistent basis, and seeing others work out, there are a few things that really stick out to me. There is one thing specifically that people do wrong: lift too much weight and this causes them to use poor form. The key to gaining muscle mass and tone is to isolate the muscle groups, and when you use too much weight, you aren't focusing on those groups. I see guys at the gym all the time, who are doing twice the weight I do, with no results, it's pretty funny. I

learned a lot from this website, this guy gives great advice, without any bs, plus it is free!!! http://www.intense-workout.com/index.html
