Had no idea!!! Get well... My ACL in my right knee is still gone (has been for 8 years).. Had to stop working out for the week because my shoulder feels like crap!!
My point? Yes it does suck getting old!!!

I just got out of my cast and into an adjustable boot. I'll need to crank it 10 degrees every week until my foot is at 90 (in a month).
It's amazing the muscle atrophy in just the time between my surgery and today. My calf looks like a twig already. I didn't think I was vane before, but that kind of hit me hard. I know with work it'll come back, but damn, it made me feel unattractive. It surprised the hell out of me, because like I said, I didn't think I had that in me--it was the last thing on my mind until I saw it.
Oh well. Another month on crutches. At least I can take a shower without hanging my leg out the door now.
I'm seriously considering haging up the cleats now. I can't go through this again. It's too hard not being mobile and independent with 2 young kids that depend on me.
