what do you guys make of Andy Murray??

Henman is looking like this is his last year and Greg R is well Canadian - so its up Murray the new British hope to be built up for Grand slam after grand slam and shot down by the british press for garnd slam after grand slam!

'Not going off limping': Agassi gets cortisone shot
http://sports.espn.go.com/sports/ten...ory?id=2567010

NEW YORK -- Andre Agassi's first-round victory at the U.S. Open was more painful than anyone realized.

Bothered by a bad back most of this season, Agassi said he could barely stand an hour after his match ended past midnight early Tuesday, and went to the hospital for a cortisone injection after waking up.

"The inflammation was pretty bad, and I just don't want to go off the court limping," Agassi told USA Network on Wednesday. "It's not what I want to do."

The 36-year-old Agassi, who will retire after the U.S. Open, was out at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center on Wednesday for some practice. He plays his second-round match against eighth-seeded Marcos Baghdatis on Thursday night.

"He's going to leave it out there. I've never had a cortisone shot, but from what I've heard, you feel like you can run through walls," Andy Roddick said. "He's been playing through that pain for a couple of years now, so I think he's used to it."

Agassi's first match was a thing of beauty, but unfortunately I think barring a complete meltdown by Bahgdatis, Andre's run will end tomorrow night.

Wow, Agassi is playing the 112th ranked player in the next round, then he could be setting himself up to play Andy Roddick after that. What a story.

Ugh....so sad...I wanted to see him keep going, play Roddick...

I love this guy...tennis will be the worse without him.

Great ovation from the crowd, I am sort of glad he was beaten by a relative unknown rather than getting destroyed by one of the top guys like Roddick in his final match.

I kind of wish it had been against his last opponent...it was just such a great match, great crowd, etc...
