Talk about a homer!!!
No. Part of it will be the team around him. Plummer has never played on a team with the kind of talent around him that he will be in Denver.

It's ALL dictation now-a-days.

And Denver has never had as mind boggling of a decision maker as Plummer.

How many of Plummer's interceptions last year came when your team was down by two touchdowns or more?
No... It's not hard to believe that Mike Shanahan knows more about coaching than anyone in the Cardinals organization...
The answer is 3, what was the point? To clarify that's 15 or more since that's how ESPN has the stat.
So 15% of his INT's came in 12.8% of his attempts, wow that's almost what one would expect right?
I didn't talk about coaching, I asked about Jake. Remember Wolf, Donahoe, they both agree you can't win with Plummer. Walsh, who once compared him to Montana, called him reckless. Guess who mentored Shanahan? Guess who mentored Trestman, the guy who told the Cards to expose him to the franchise draft after the 2000 season?
To quote Akroyd "we mock what we do not understand."

Is the team adept at reading defenses? Are they gonna wisper in his ear when gets under center? Unless they are it doesnt matter!!!
If Griese's decision making made you crazy -- just wait.
Griese always struck me as one of those steady-Eddie types who never made the spectacular play, executed the run of the mill plays, and limited the disasters.
Plummer will make plenty of spectacular, but wont consistenly do the little things, and will definately produce the disaster. Jake is the leader of the "unforced error"-- particularly in the red zone.
