Not really the same. Aids is a life threatening disease. Herpes isnt. Herpes is an annoyance.

There is a certain level of expected risk factor if you are having sex. Especially unprotected sex. That is a risk that is assumed.

Ryan,

I wouldnt call settling out of court precidence. That could just mean that Robinson didnt want it drawn out or the embarrasment of going to trial possibly. Doesnt mean he would have lost the case!

lol...true herpes isn't a killer....but it certainly is a life altering experience in a negative way!

Having a chick tell you she has herpes certainly has to rank in the 3 of turnoffs!

Want I really want to know is why is this even news. Do we really need to know that they had sex and she got herpes. Just because he is a football player we got to know this?
