And Vlad's hand is healed so he might even pan out to be worth something at least.

Not saying they will win a title by doing nothing, but they shouldn't have any problem being a playoff team. Don't put too much stock in Kobe's histrionics and pouting...

Fine does not equal happy. However, they can't make deals that are lateral or a step back (trading both Lamar and Bynum for JO is backward stepping).

If they could get a good deal for Kobe from Chicago, sure. However, those trades will not happen. Nobody is gutting their team for him. I'm being realistic here...there isn't much they can do.

We need to make a "things that suck" sub-forum that I can move the Lakers threads to.

That's a pretty friendly wager Patron ain't cheap. Let me get back with you on that one. I'm not that sure the Lakers will miss the playoffs.

We can do a friendly one, like an Avatar and Tagline bet or something. I pick yours when I win, or you pick mine if you win.

man, with Kobe likely out of a Lakers uni, it might be a good time to revisit this bet.

Yeah, bet will be off if any major trade goes down (lakers bring in Oneal, Lakers move Kobe, etc.)

Bynum and Farmar's options picked up.

Crittendon is a flat out stud.

That's all I got.

I missed the freaking ending. I turned it off when they were down 12 with that 1 and a half to go. I saw the highlights though.

Poor Lakers.

They really need Lamar out there. Another guy who can create his own shot and set up others. Phil doesn't trust crit to give him any minutes, but he's a guy who could do that as well.

I didnt see the game, but reading articles and stuff it appears the Lakers played pretty great in 1Q, OK in the second and crap in the third.

They were up by like 13 or so in the 1st when I flipped the channel.

They nearly had 30 IIRC. When I looked in the end of the 3rd, and they barely had 70. ouch.
