I have this thing I do when exiting SDS after a loss. If somone is spouting off at us Cardinal fans on the way out, I ask real loud if they are going straight to the airport for thier flight back home.
The best answer they could give, would be-"oh no, we live here."
It's interesting how many responses from the crowd THAT reply brings.

I always wish them a safe drive back to Apache Junction.

I love asking basic questions about the team whose jersey they are wearing, sometimes even about the player on their jersey, and getting blank stares or "I don't know" in response.
Unbelievably there were Rams fans that didn't know which state the team played in...

Redheart--
Your avatar is priceless!! My sentiments too, when they thought Jeff was really hurt and put Josh in, I sat down in my seat and closed my eyes. I was waiting for the interception. I was so glad Jeff was able to walk it off and come back in the game. Why don't they use Parsons??

OK, sitting in my section there was mid 20's Rams bandwagon fan (as just about all Rams fans are). He was predictably drunk and obnoxious.
He was so excited about beating the powerful Cardinals by 3 pts in overtime that he felt it necessary to come up to less than 6" from my face screaming obcenities and giving me the finger (and I do mean screaming at a range of 6").
He then proceeded to do this to several other folks, some of which had less restraint that I. Last I saw him, he started throwing punches in additition to the screaming. This didn't go down very well.
In fact several Cardinals fans tried to politly ask him to tone it down a little and stop hitting them. Of course they did it while they had him pinned to the ground and pounding him.
It may sound bad, but he asked for it and he started it, he really got what he deserved. With luck he learnt something before he trys it at a Raiders game, he might not live through that.
WELL HELL HE NEEDED HIS AZZ KICKED. i dont understand why people gotta start fights at games..grown azz men acting foolish about a game. now i get fired up about the rams, but i dont go to a game to start a fight. a little teasing and then when it is over i usually shake hands with some of the other fans whether we win or lose.

I mean he even got beat up by Cardinals fans
Us Cards fans are good fighters. Being heckled by opposing fans on a weekly basis in our own stadium provides us the rage and killer instinct to beat down douchebag bandwagoners that flock to the SDS.
The thing is that bandwgon and obnoxious fans like him are why Rams fans are rapidly catching up with the Felons on the list of most disliked teams/fans.
I mean one idiot was walking about of the stadium yelling about how the Rams are going to the Superbowl. Brighteyes and I just started laughing in his face, I mean they barely beat the Cards and he thinks they are going to the big dance. Give me a break.
The funny thing about it is, in section 27 where I reside, it's a different fan, different color sitting next to us every game. What they don't realize, is that we get this at every home game. They think they're original, cool, different somehow.
They're like mice. They run around really quick, thinking they're so fast no one could touch them. Then they run through a little hole in the wall, and there's a huge cat just sitting there looking at them. They run around calling the cat names, till he bites thier head off, and throws the body over on the big pile of mice behind him, and waits for the next one to come along.
