There is only one October, but are no Dbacks on any of the Fox commercials.

My best guess is because the Dbacks don't play in New York or Massachusetts.

I guess, I think they are also using playoff highlights from recent years as well. Oh well.

I don't think FOX carries any NL postseason games.

They have the ALCS and the WS.

Actually, that's not quite true. Fox had a commercial showing the 4 NL West contenders ( at the time) and the commercial was based on who wants to take the division.
