Do the new owners have a relaxed position on inflammatory personal postings to generate hits on the site? It seems as if that might be a possibility. The personal insulting posts have crept back into "the new rules" forum and have overtaken the theme of the forum. We are back to the double standard moderation style that prompted this thread into existence and have taken a huge step in the opposite direction. Bashing is back in full force. So much for issues only.
