So if you think I am such a bad person to be moderator, ask yourself why you weren't selected. Ask yourself why I am still moderator.

I think it is reasonable to suppose that the last part should be reviewed and possibly rectified. If the ownership chooses to keep you, despite your actions here today, that is entirely their right.

Chris, I've already tried to talk to you in private about this, but that doesn't seem to be working.

Unclear about what kind of board you used to run, but the "PTB" put you on this board to make sure the trolls stay off and the personal attacks are at a minimum.

They didn't put you in charge of discussions and when they will end.

Other than looking out for trolls and attacks, you should think of yourself as just a normal person on the board. I mean, not even I would venture to close a discussion just because I felt it had run it's course....if you feel it's over, stop posting on it.

Again, sorry to bring this out here, but the PM's apparently aren't working.

You ignored perhaps a dozen requests by me to substantiate your baseless claims. You ignored the proof that I provided. I totally disproved the AWOL claim.

After talking with Mike via PM about this (which we did this morning before I unbanned you), I did overreact based on what was expected of me as an admin. As I said, I was given no guidelines outside of keep things under control.

At the time I felt it was justified, but after speaking to Mike you are correct that I went too far. Please accept my apology on that account.

To be totally honest, I had no idea how to lock the thread...which is why I went with the stop thread method.

While you were busy giving all your "facts", I was trying to find the lock thread function. I found it after I banned you.
