how about the 14th amendment?
I used to be a member of the Libertarian party in the late 80's until the leadership brought in this white supremacist who was spouting that only white property owners should have full civil rights and voting rights. I ripped up my card after the meeting and the chairman claimed to be surprised by the guy's rap...
