See the video here...

Yeah, boy..... I'm sure that if one of those devil-worshiping libs was protesting at an Ahnold ralley and was "whisked off" or verbally assaulted, you'd think THAT was bad too, eh?

Seriously though.... An unfortunate event and labor did themselves no favors here.... Nor did the media. It appeared to me that demonstrators were attempting to put their signs between this goofy lady and the cameras, not "hit her with their signs," as the reporter indicated.

BTW - Ahnold is no friend to the working man, union or otherwise. :

Oh no! Now unions may get unfairly labeled as using threats and physical intimidation to get there way.

You don't really think unions would do such things? I heard on CNN and read on moveon.org that they are there to help people and stand up for people, and that they are all for tolerance and respect for those who don't agree with them?

If you think unions in the US are bad you have no clue.

I know you think that everybody left of you is a liberal and that liberal = communist/marxist.

However, growing up in the UK in the 70's it was actually true that the major unions were controlled by real left wing marxists. Not what you call left wing.

From what I know unions in the US are more corrupt than politicaly extreme.

Although I personally don't doubt the Marxist contol and communist agenda of the unions in their formulative years.

I was refering to union bosses of more recent times (60s-70s).

The ones who broke my fathers leg and put two of his friends in hospital ,one intensive care, when they didn't want to sign on. (They were friends of my grandfather and long time employees)

On the bright side it was a good reason for my parents to move back to Arizona(and fast). So at least I was born in Arizona and not New Jersey.

P.S. I guess it was something about the thread title 'UNION MOB' that struck a nerve

What exactly do you mean by liberal tolerance. In your opinion, what is the difference between liberal tolerance and conservative tolerance?

I just got to thinking......

What would happen to a lone SC fan who walked into the middle of an ASU pep-rally with SC sign/shirt/hat?
