Usually does not have to prove the negative, you prove the positive...

Victim: "You raped me!"
Accused: "No I didn't"
Victim: "Prove that you didn't"

I don't think it works that way...

It is fact. Just because Hue doesn't know that, the facts aren't changed.

If your argument is that I am an idiot/ lunatic/uninformed then prove it. Show me the unadulterated poll results that disprove the fix. Denying it didn't happen is good enough for the 30% faction, but not for those who can take the time to read the evidence. I could come back with an armful of evidence proving the elections were stolen, but that would require you to read the research, which to date, you seem to have chosen to ignore. Ignorance is bliss?????

If you can get away with telling me " my tinfoil hat is on too tight " then I should be able to tell you that you are uninformed and illiterate when you come up with your unsupported opinions.

Eagerly awaiting your explanation of why" wearing a tinfoil hat " is not a lame assed insult.

BTW, this lesson in histrionics, wouldn't have come to light, if you hadn't used your insipid little insults to profess an argument.

First off I had no idea you would take the "tinfoil hat" comment so harshly and throw a complete fit about it. I honestly had taken you as poster with a thick skin and a disposition to take things in a humorous manner. Am I wrong?

And second of all just like has been pointed out by numerous posters on this thread the burden of proof is yours. You made the claim, not me. I just called you on the absurdity of it.

And lastly just because I don't go to the same websites as you doesn't make me "uninformed and illiterate". That comment does however make you a condesending ass. In fact your reaction to anyone who calls you on any of the doomsday or insidious government plot theories you seem to relish, gets the same condesending remarks.

Wrong.

I don't believe that the PNAC is controlling eveything in the world from a smoke filled room full of old white men with Zionist ambitions. That kind of conspiracy theory I'll leave to you and Wally.

At least you are consistent. Somehow you think it is all right to personally insult other posters. Go to websites?????? Try reading a book or two or three. There was no humor in what you offered up and you still haven't defined your tinfoil hat "non insult. The burden of proof is not on me. The " theory" has been thoroughly and well documented. You just don't show the patience, desire or ability to even fathom the events.

Your " numerous other posters " support for your wild ass theory of non existence consists of the fringe element sorely lacking in credibility. If you are going to call me a condescending ass, it should at least be spelled correctly. The text of my original rebuttal to your " tin foil hat " is gaining more credibility each time you respond. Your insults are a limp excuse for any discourse on the subject.

Lazy people most often ask for " proof ". The proof exists and is readily available, but the lazy and uninformed continue their lethargic ways by asking for others to do the work. We all know the evidence of proof and facts is n ot the objective for the doubters. It is their goal to buy time in their futile argument. They only have opinion on their side.

STUART MCKENZIE:Well, it's a well known fact sonny Jim, that there is a secret society of the five wealthiest poeple in the world, known as....The Pentaverit! Who, run everything in the world, including the newspapers, AND, who meet tri-annually at a secret country mansion in Colorado known as....The Meadows!

TONY:Who's in this Pentaverit?

STUART MCKENZIE:The Queen!, The Vatican!, the Gettis!, the Rothchilds!, AND Colonel Sanders before he went tits up! Ooh, I hated the Colonel, with his wee beady eyeee and that smug look on his face, 'Ooh, you're gonna buy my chicken ooh!!!

The only reason I can think of that you would even take the "tinfoil hat" comment the way you have is that you are now or used to be a wearer of one. And get off your self-righteous kick will you? Geez do you even realize how big a hypocrite you are being? You throw a fit about the "tinfoil insult" all the while insulting everyone who disagree's with you. And your so called credibility meter is biased and seems to only to include those who agree with you (remind you of anyone? IE: Bushie).

I read every single night Herr Wally. Just because I don't read the same crap you do doesn't make me stupid. I'll leave that type of condescending attitude to the likes of you. And there I spelled it right, do you feel better? And really there is no greater sign of a weak arguement than pointing out typos or spelling mistakes. But you really don't have much of an arguement do you? If you did then you wouldn't be so defensive and you sure as hell would be backing up your own BS, instead of making a claim with zero support and then just challenging others to prove you wrong instead of proving yourself right. That is laziness.

Really? Because I consider it lazy to make a claim and then when others ask you to backup your claim you refuse and tell them to do it themselves.

You,my friend, are the one wearing the tin foil hat. You are the one who didn't even know what Moveon.org was!!!. Remember that? You had never even heard of PNAC!!. Not to mention your complete lack of knowledge of the logistics of government. Your comments regarding Cindy Sheehan being elected to speaker-of-the-house by the American public were quite telling with regard to your lack of basic governmental knowledge. (FYI: The House of Reps votes on who becomes speaker, not the American public). Perhaps a basic civics course could be of utility to you. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for the free speech, but be prepared to be called on your rhetoric.

And, by the way, if you were to actually read any one of the various downloadable publications on PNAC's website, the only inaccuracy about your statement above would be the smoke-filled room. Unfortunately, I would bet that the only books on your bedside table are "Godless" by Mann Coulter and "Deliver Us From Evil" by Sean "The Baby Jesus" Hannity.
