I give up with the complete bias of moderating on this site these days. No grudge, I just am sick of hearing anyone with a "right" opinion able to spew out any offensive statement and I am told something isn't political that I clearly disagree with. I think I'll just go back to the Suns board. The fun has ended for me in the politics board. I'm off to my free speech zone.

Boo freaking hoo! Both sides just think they are soooo persecuted. I am sick of it.
We started a political cartoon thread. You failed to post a single political cartoon. Instead, they are photoshopped images of Bush with women's legs and crap like that.
Now I let a lot of it slide. I didn't even say anything until we were what, 8 images into the thread. I figured you would throw up a few and then no big deal. Instead you just kept spamming basically the same thing over and over with a slightly different image.

My whole idea was to collect a variety and post them. I had just started with the Bush ones when you posted. I see others that are not "comics" and I had gotten them from a site with comedy of all political figures. Since it was a thread that was dedicated to what I thought was political humor, my thinking was everyone would enjoy at least a few. Your "Boo freaking hoo!" comment was unjust and nonsense. You are very wrong, in fact I posted 2 cartoons and pictures from different political humor sites. I have neither personally attacked anyone in the 5 or 6 years I have been posting with some of these people (even Chaplin and Stefan) and never called this President anything other than on his actions that I see unfit. I don't need you policing me, if you don't like something I post you could just send me a private message and we can discuss it. If my only crime is posting something you don't find funny than I don't feel I deserve to be pointed out. This whole thread was started with one person posting a bunch at a time. Did you ask them to stop? One person (who I am pretty sure is "right") liked them so who did I offend that I needed to be asked to stop? It's called humor, it's not to be taken seriously as you did. I had no agenda other than to post some "what I found" funny pictures for everyone. Won't happen again.

To Tango, I am a "someone who unfairly singles out the liberal view"
Oh and Klod, for the last time...There is no free speech on a privately owned message board.
Any free speech you think you have on this board is an illusion. You are a guest upon private property. That is it.
Some of you people need to start acting like it.
You quoted me on something I didn't even type. I said the moderating is bias.
I never spoke of "right wing bias", it is just my feelings that your rules have made it impossible to display anger at the President the same some of the "right" posters are permitted to make hateful general statements of anyone other than an American. Isn't that what we are here to do, disagree?
As long as no one complains, I am fine with a political cartoon thread.
I will be really disappointed in the person that ruins it for everyone though.

I don't see the problem with what I posted other than you deeming it a "cartoon" thread and my not paying close attention to the "limit" of what was to be posted were to be just cartoons and not any political humor. I don't see that I painted myself to be a victim, but you have the right to read into my words. Your sarcastic tone is unnecessary just because I disagree with the tightness some subjects are monitored here lately. I understand you have a job you have been asked to do here, I am just not getting the problem with anti Bush humor.

Indeed. Chris, you're right. KloD this is NOT a free speech zone. You took advantage of the spirit of the thread. Chris was doing his job and trying to be nice about it. If you don't like it, whine in PM to us. Quit spoiling this tread and everyone's time. Otherwise, we'll have to exert some of that power you think we don't deserve.

You are reading waaaaaaay too much into my statement wally. It was pretty straight forward verb to subject.
Gee, sorry to upset you with my question. Perception counts for something and I found it vague and didn't understand. Guess that makes me stupid. I won't bother you again. I mistakenly thought an " administrator "would be a bit more accommodating. Won't happen again.
P.S. Since you have ammended your original statement, which is the one I didn't understand, clarity is now more apparent.
