And according to the majortity of theologians since then early church what I stated about the timeline as when the gospels were written is correct and the author of Revelation was the same John of the Gospel.

wow, i saw this thread a few days ago and it was only like one page why is something like this always the thread with the most reply's? there must be some significance there right? everyone wants to prove a point, and say what they beleive. we even had a big thread on something a while back right?

well here is my thoughts. these are not intended to be insulting, but straight up responses, which i think is appreciated. right?

first of i beleive in God and Jesus. and i'm a follower of Christ. by now, opinions and thoughts about the rest of my post have already been made...i beleive becuase of faith, as other's have said, but also becuase what i have seen through other people's faith.

if you see someone living out faith and trusting God, it is a small glimpse of God. that is pretty visible proof.

a church is not a building, it is the people. a church is the place they meet. God lives inside them.

the goal is relationship with God. talking with prayer and listening. through that and beleif in HIM, the reality of God is your reality.

i play in a Christian band. i sing songs about what God has done and my search to know him better. i do that becuase i have a reason to beleive and proof by what i've seen as i've trusted him, and i do it to pass on what God has done, in order to encourage others and inspire them. this is not a "look at me" thing. it's the "proof" and reality of God in my life. utamatly a relationship with God and Jesus is Personal one. i can't convince anyone to beleive, but i can tell you what i beleive and let God do the rest. that's what faith is all about.
