It's still adultery.

Adultery is illegal for U.S. military personnel as it is deemed a crime in the U.S. code of military justice.

Shouldn't the Commander in Chief be subject to those rules as well?

Also - Adultery is still illegal in roughly 20 states and the District of Columbia.

As someone who was in the military...

You don't get arrested for adultery. You get extra duty for about a week and loss in rank.

You can also be asked if you wish to be let out.

How do I know this? Because my military wife had an affair on me. We were married for 4 months. Marriage annulled.

She got extra duty for a week and loss of 1 rank.

The Commander in Chief is not subject to the UCMJ. He is not an actual member of the armed forces, which is why it is a disgrace that a draft dodger would put on a military uniform.

Oh and let me quantify my last statement

It would be a disgrace for anyone to put on a military uniform when they dodged the draft.

And if you haven't served your country, I don't think you should be making excuses for him.

A CEO of a company having consentual sex with an office girl is sexual harassment as long as the office girl felt that her job depended on her having sex. That's all that is needed. How did Monica feel about the sex she had with Clinton?

The flight suit needed to be worn to sit in the co-pilot seat in case the plane had to crash land in the sea. You can't wear a suit or shorts with sandles in that seat. The flight suit had to be worn.

We don't know how Monica felt. Which is my point. She has to be harassed for their to be sexual harassment.

As to your second rambling...I don't see the relevance.

No I don't. But it doesn't matter how she felt at the time it only matters what she says afterwards. Was she paid any hush money like Paula Jones was? Jones received $800,000 by Clinton. Since when did Clinton ever have that kind of money?

Bill Clinton is a sexual predator who has sexually harassed women in the past. Whether Monica was one of them I don't know -- but it is on record that other women accused him of it. Now, if he was anyone other than the President he would have been thrown in jail.

The revelance to Bush wearing the flight suit what was he supposed to wear since it was required?

It is absolutely not required to wear a fight suit on a helicopter. He could have worn a normal suit and no one would have said anything.

Again, he wouldn't be in jail because sexual harassment isn't illegal, even if these women were harassed.

You, like so many other dogmatic Republicans, don't have a leg to stand on here so you keep repeating the same mantra.

Well here is your next wake up call, you can bet more than half the "right wingers" have cheated on their spouses and slept with women they work with. They just haven't been caught.

Speaking of which, the only thing that I do fault Clinton for is for not just admitting it from the beginning. If he had, this would be a non-issue. By being evasive, he ruined his presidency.

Everybody knows that Bush was filming the campaign ad for 2004. I am really sick of him and his idiotic attempts to appeal to "common people".

I agree. He should have admitted what he did. (And he could have found somebody better looking than Lewinski.)

One only has to look at Hillary and Paula Jones to see Bill's taste in women. Hell Monica was a feminine flower compared to those two.
