Is this topic more a religious experience or a political statement?

Sirius has a couple of political channels?

Sirius Left, Sirius Right, Patriot and Air America...

Call me crazy but Im quite certain it would be more appropriate under the Everything Else board. Which unless Im wrong covers every topic that we dont have a forum for such as finance.

I bought another 400 shares @7.86 this morning. Personally, I think this thing has enough momentum to get into the 9's. Once there thought, it will need some prodding along...specifically if SIRI can actually hit their 1 million subscribers goal for end of Dec. If that happens, I forsee a fairly quick rise to $15ish just on euphoria alone.

I am poised to add more but will wait on the sidelines until end of year or maybe earnings before I really considering add to my position again. This 1 million subs thing is a big deal and if they miss, I fear the stock will get pummelled. Also, earnings could knock this thing down. I am less concerned about earnings than I am the million subscribers thing because even companies who announce very good earnings get clobbered sometimes.

Don't take my word for it though. Go with your gut and research. It wasn't long ago I was anti-SIRI as an investment but really researched this thing up and down and felt good about the upside.

The Toyota announcement was very nice. Too bad SIRI didn't get the deal outright instead of splitting it with XM. Had SIRI been the gotten the Toyota deal solely, this thing would have busted through 9 and held it rather than busting it and tumbling back under in short order.

Two things in the street.com article that I liked....still in line to get 1 million subs by end of year....holiday sales are "brisk".

Just had a stop trip on another stock I own so am contemplating buying more SIRI but am not sure how comfortable I am at these levels (8.50+). If we can get a nice orderly profit-taking day, I would definitely buy in under 8.50.

I have a feeling all car companies will have a choice between XM and SIRI. Think any car company wants to take a chance on losing the business of the stern crowd? Its a pretty large crowd.

SIRI has broken 9 again but the question remains, can it hold above 9? I think no but we shall see. I really didn't expect it to make another legitimate run at 9 today. It has to hold 9 otherwise a resistance point may be starting to form here.
