I'm wondering if there may be some way of incorporating this Sadr guy into the mainstream governmnent. He seems to be one of the few guys over there capable of taking charge of anything.

AZ, we should have taken him out when we had the chance. In my estimation, he is the one most responsible for the chaos in Iraq right now. His militias are creating most of the havoc and are the ones keeping the pot stirred up.

I think his is one of many private miliitias. They appear to be stronger than the governments army. Didn't this guy just meet with Iraq's PM last week? What gives.

Fanatics, particularly religious fantics rarely behave in what most would consider a reasonable fashion.

Yes he did and we just captured one of his lieutenants last week, supossedly in the act. The PM insisted that we free him. What a crock of crap.

So why are we in Iraq again? Who is the enemy? If the groups in Iraq are fighting eachother, who are we fighting for?
