Republicans have always been brilliant tossing out “one-liners” like “tax and spend liberals” etc. What is interesting is that I’ve now seen a few people on this board start to refer to Obama as “Obamessiah”.

It just more or less reinforces my point that the Republican base is more easily reached and manipulated by lies and unsubstantial nonsense. They’ll run around regurgitating whatever propaganda is fed to them – which again calls into question their ability to think critically for themselves about real issues.

The system the Republicans use to brainwash their support base into propagating these negative political brands and marketing jingoism is really quite brilliant. I’m disappointed that we don’t have a nice nickname for McCain. Seems unfair…

It's done by both sides, and is as old as politics itself.

That being said, I believe that in this Country, the Republicans are experts at this game. They make the democrats look like girly men.

You know it's still modestly a free country, why if everyone wanted to we could actually fix the system.

As crazy as that sounds we could do it but we won't because now we return to our regularly scheduled partisanship and boy that's done wonders for us hasn't it?
