Here's an example of an act of hate that is getting national attention. http://www.cnn.com/2007/US/07/16/rac...rss_topstories
No law was broken, nobody was killed, raped or tortured but this gets national attention.

Yes, there definately isn't media bias when it comes to white or black.

Are some in this thread seriously trying to claim there's a favorable bias of blacks over whites in the media? Please.... make your case, your opinion doesn't count as far as evidence, let's see your facts.
Oh and don't forget that your opinion or the opinion's of others doesn't count. I want to see facts. Verified and substansiated facts. Not polls, not blogs, not conspiracy theories, but facts.

Oh and don't forget that your opinion or the opinion's of others doesn't count. I want to see facts. Verified and substansiated facts. Not polls, not blogs, not conspiracy theories, but facts.
In May 2000, DBT discovered that approximately 8,000 names were erroneously placed on the exclusion list, mostly those of former Texas prisoners who were included on a DBT list that turned out never to have been convicted of more than a misdemeanor.
...although blacks accounted for 88% of those removed from the rolls, they made up only about 11% of Florida's voters.
State where republican candidate for President is Governor sends a bogus list to the state where said candidates brother is Governor. This list contains names of several thousand supposed felons, but actually they were not. These approximately 8,000 people were denied a ballot based on the false list. Of those 8,000, 88% were black though blacks only make up 11% of Florida's voters.
To note, only 4% of the list were hispanic, 6% white, 2% other.
Those are facts, my opinion is that it's very clear what the intent was and there were no accidents.

By the way, still waiting for your facts about blacks being favored in the media.

8,000 people, several thousand of which are ex-cons are mistakenly put on an exclusion list for one election seven years ago and that is proof that the Republicans are stealing and throwing away the votes of black people?
I admit that a mistake was made and that it does look terrible and the people who were wrongly excluded have a serious complaint. But to say that it is a Republican conspricy to steal votes from the Black man? That is over the top, IMO.

Jeez man read! NOT EX-CONS, they commited misdemeanors and many never convicted of anything. IMO it is proof, at least in this case and one time is one time too many.

I never said such a thing. You made light of something other feel to be a truth including 50+% of the black population. It only takes one instance to give the perception. Also, it being called a mistake is an opinion, one which the evidence seems to heavily suggest otherwise. Of course mine is an opinion too.
The facts still don't matter to Heu. He doesn't want to hear it. When he asks for proof, he refutes it with opinion.
Don't even mention the Native American vote in New Mexico. The one where 94% of their votes were never counted. Or the 8,000 + votes of white republicans who were over counted.
Don't even consider the Ohio debacle where election officials are going to jail over their election mistakes that resulted in over a million invalidated, uncounted and lost votes in voting districts that were demographically specific.
Of course Florida's statewide fraud is just a figment of crazy people's imaginations. Caging lists, felony lists, invalid challenges, uncollected, lost votes and uncounted early ballots are just tin foil hat inspired hallucinations in the minds of those narrow minded individuals who beg for proof. Over a million ballots were abused , yet that is inadequate proof to some.
This will just end up being a total waste of time trying to change some minds. They ask for facts, gets them, didn't actually want them, and come back with absolute opinion based on black box mentality and mind block. The proof is nearly endless and the rehashing of it only ends up being a waste of time for those who actually do the work to provide it. Some just can't handle the facts, but then maybe they get a cheap thrill out of the process.

Proof that the election process is screwed up, especially in Florida in 2000? Of course that has been proven. But I still have yet to see proof of a Republican conspiracy to supress the vote of people of color.
That was the claim you made Wally. Not that votes have been lost or there has been tampering, but that there is a Republican agenda to steal votes away from people of color. Prove that and then maybe your biased accusations will merit further discussion.
Oh and by the way you still haven't provided any proof. All you have provided is refusal to backup your own claim and insults and accusations of laziness to the people who ask you to do so.
